Senior Advisor (Law)

The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) invites applications for one Individual Consultant at the level of Senior Advisor (Law) in New Delhi, offering consolidated remuneration of ₹2,50,000 per month, excluding applicable GST. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law and possess at least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in legal matters involving the power sector, judicial or regulatory institutions. Responsibilities include legal advisory work, drafting orders and regulations, litigation support and regulatory compliance.
