DSLSA Legal Services Advocate Empanelment 2026 | 1,897 Panel Requirements

DSLSA invites advocates for empanelment across district legal-services panels, covering 1,897 requirements. Selection involves administrative scrutiny and interview. Empanelled advocates provide legal aid as independent counsel and do not become employees of the Authority.

Enrolment with a recognised Bar Council and prescribed Bar-practice experience: 3 years for Magisterial, Civil and Special Executive Magistrate panels; 5 years for Sessions, ADJ/Labour/MACT/Commercial, Family and POCSO panels. The guidelines prescribe 10 years for CBI Courts.
